1. Is your Beyond Junior® Y High Chair environmentally friendly?

Absolutely. Our popular high chair at Abiie® is made of durable beechwood from sustainable forests in Europe. This beechwood is recyclable and biodegradable. (Note that the wood we use has first been sterilized with pressure-assisted anti-microbial heat sterilization at 248° F/ 120° C.)
2. How safe is your Beyond Junior® Y High Chair for my child to use?

We assure the safety of each and every one of our Beyond Junior® Y High Chairs. These grow-with-your-child chairs contain no harmful substances, such as BPA, phthalate, and PVC. As a matter of fact, our chairs comply with three important industry safety standards: the ASTM F404 standards; California Air Resources Board Phases 1 & 2; and H.R. 4040.
3. What makes your Huggs® Baby Carrier better than other baby carriers?

Our patented HIPBELT hip seat design makes our baby carrier stand out among the competition. This design helps to ensure that your baby will undergo a quiet and smooth transition out of her carrier. The design is also ergonomic, featuring an M-seating position that will prevent hip dysplasia in your little one. The design has actually been certified by the International Hip Dysplasia Institution due to effectively providing all-day comfort for the back and the waist.
4. What makes the Huggs® Baby Carrier safe for children?

Our baby carrier has been put through numerous industry safety tests to prove that they do not contain any harmful substances, including latex, lead, or PVC. This carrier is in compliance with two critical safety standards: ASTM F2236 and H.R. 4040.
5. How can I tell if the Huggs® Baby Carrier will fit me properly?

This innovative carrier is designed to accommodate the body of every parent, no matter your shape and size. For instance, it comes with straps that you can adjust to achieve your ideal fit. 6. My child has sensitive skin. How do I know that your Ruby Wrapp® Bibs will be comfortable enough for my child to wear?

Our Ruby Wrapp® Bib is designed to be comfortable for every child because it is made of a lightweight, soft, food-grade silicone. In addition, the neckband of the bib is adjustable. The combination of the bib’s softness and adjustability makes this product ergonomic and comfortable even for sensitive necks.
7. Will Ruby Wrapp® Bibs stand up to messes?

Ruby Wrapp®Bibs are waterproof. Waterproof bibs are perfect for keeping your child clean during mealtimes. The soft, durable fabric is made to last, and the waterproof coating keeps food and drool from ruining clothes. Our bibs can be easily machine-washed in warm water. Do not machine dry. A convenient addition to any mealtime routine, Ruby Wrapp®is made of durable silcone that can easily be wiped clean, so you don't have to worry about spills and stains. Plus, they're adjustable to fit most sizes, so your little one can wear them comfortably.
8. How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer FREE shipping in Canada.
9. Do your products come with warranties?

Yes. We offer several warranties for our Ruby Wrapp® Bib (limited lifetime warranty), Huggs® Baby Carrier (two-year manufacturer’s warranty), and Beyond Junior® High Chair (three-year manufacturer’s warranty). Our parts and accessories are covered under warranty for one year from the date of purchase, with an option to purchase up to three additional years of coverage. Purchasing an additional 3-year warranty would cover your Huggs® Baby Carrier for 6 years, and your Beyond Junior® chair for 5 years.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Do you ship internationally?

Abiie® products are available through country-specific websites. Please order through your local site (United States, Canada, Malaysia, Japan, the United Kingdom, Taiwan, or Singapore).

If your country isn’t listed, please contact customer service for assistance.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Including handling time, shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days.

PRODUCT REGISTRATION

How do I register my Abiie product(s)?

You can register your Abiie product by filling out a registration form found here.

If I complete my product registration online, do I still need to mail my sales receipt?

No, a sales receipt is only necessary if you mail it to us.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

We accept items purchased from Abiie within a 30 day period. Return items must be in like-new condition and in their original packaging. Please note your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded for returns.

If you need to return a product for a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please contact us. Packages returned without a valid RMA will be refused.

Shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund if you choose to use the prepaid shipping label that we provide. If you choose to return your item with a shipping method of your choice, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs for your return. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. Abiie is not responsible for returned items that become lost during transit.

If you have purchased an item through one of our authorized retailers and wish to make a return, please directly contact the seller to learn more about their return policy. We are unable to accept returns on behalf of retailers.
When will my return credit appear on my account?

Credit may take 7 to 10 business days to appear on your account from the time we receive your return items at our warehouse. For returns to be accepted, they must be pre-authorized by our customer service department and originally purchased from Abiie.

WARRANTY

How long is the manufacturer’s warranty for Abiie products?

We will list all of our product warranty times below:

Beyond Junior Y Chair - 3 years

Huggs Baby Carrier - 2 years

Ruby Wrapp Bib - Limited lifetime

Parts & Accessories - 1 year from date of purchase

If you choose, you can purchase additional warranty coverage of up to 3 years. This would give you a total of 6 years for your Beyond Junior Y High Chair and 5 years for your Huggs Baby Carrier.
Does the manufacturer’s warranty cover stains or damage from wear and tear?

Our manufacturer warranty plan does not cover stains or damage from normal wear and tear. With ordinary everyday use, your product will endure wear and tear. Manufacturer warranty covers damage caused by a specific incident. Overall cleaning is not covered with a warranty, as this is considered standard maintenance, as opposed to spot cleaning provided by the plan for accidental spills.
How can I claim my warranty?
